Our Platinum Service is designed specifically around the components and features of the I-Sense Grande. Recommended to be done once a year.
Servicing pricing is within a 60 mile radius of LU1 3XA. Any distance further will be charged at an additional per mile charge of £1.20.
A 10% deposit is taken on reservation. Balance to be paid before delivery by bank transfer.
Please contact our sales team regarding delivery times as we may have in stock units. Otherwise, our usual lead-time is 4-8 weeks.
Hot Tub Servicing
Just like a car, to ensure good running order and to prolong the life of your spa it is recommended that it receives a regular service.
Our service packages are designed specifically around the components and features of the I-Sense Grande and covers far more than other generic services.
Full Drain Down
After chemical flush, the hot tub is fully drained by a pump into a nearby drain. All areas of the hot tub are vacuumed including residual water in the pipes.
Deep Clean
Full shell interior clean including all jets, inlets/outlets, headrests, cabinet and cover. Limescale removed from jets and water line.
15+ Point Check
A comprehensive check of all serviceable components, such as plumbing fittings, unions, valves, pumps, ozone, heater, blower and bluetooth system.
New Filters
Brand new replacement filters provided with every Platinum service.
Cover Protect
Hot tub cover is cleaned and protected with UV treatment.
Fresh Water Refill
The full 2500L of water is drained and refilled with fresh water from your tap. Note that our service technicians do not chemical balance the water.

How long does the Platinum service take?
Our technicians are typically on-site for a 4-6 hours when completing a platinum service. This may take longer if the re-filling process is slower than usual.

The cost of the service covers a 60 mile radius from LU1 3XA post code. Additional distance is charged at £1.20 a mile.
