What are the dimensions

What is the electrical supply?

The I-Sense Grande requires a 32a supply with 6mm armoured SWA cable.

What is the hot tub made of?

The hot tub shell is made of high quality Lucite acrylic, which has a marbled white finish. The outer panels are made of weather resistant composite plastic.

How many jets and seats are there?

The I-Sense Grande has 95 jets, an air blower, aromatherapy crystal chamber, led lights, speakers and 3 water fountain features.

How does the automatic filtering work?

The I-Sense Grande has a circuluation pump that runs 24/7 (when in standard mode), ensuring that the water is constantly being filtered through the filters. The hot tub will also run a full jet cleaning sequence twice a day at pre-defined times.

What type of insulation does the hot tub have?

The I-Sense Grande is built with 3 phases of insulation to ensure heat is retained within the hot tub, and there reducing energy costs. Every hot tub has 10mm foam insulation to the shell, foil blanket insulation to all exterior panels and the base of the spa. A 100mm insulated top cover is used for maximum heat retention.

How do the speakers work?

The hot tub features an easy to connect bluetooth module for playing music through the speakers. Simply connect to the spa from your bluetooth settings and enjoy high quality audio in your hot tub.

Pricing and Payments

How much does the I-Sense Grande cost?

The current price of the Grande 9-10 person hot tub is £12,495 including VAT.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept reservation deposit by Credit/Debit Card and full balance payment by Bank Transfer (BACS). Full payment must be received before any installation commences.

We do not offer finance directly but can recommend finance providers.

Delivery & Installation

How much does it cost for delivery?

Delivery, positioning and commission of the hot tub costs £300*. This is a two-man installation service where we will position, install and fill up your hot tub with water, then demonstrate how to use all the features. Packaging is taken away by our team.

Note that this delivery price is based on our small crane assisted vehicle being able to access near to the final position of the hot tub placement. If there are any obstructions such as walls, gates or the hot tub needs to be lifted over a property there will be additional costs.

Due to the size of the I-Sense Grande and the inability to transport the hot tub on it's side, every installation requires detailed information about the access requirements prior to order confirmation. Please contact our sales team to discuss delivery options.


*Any deliveries over 150 miles of LU1 postcode will be charged additionally £1.00 per mile.

How long does it take to install?

We recommend keeping half a day free for delivery and install to be completed. If you have chosen the two-man installation service, we will fill the hot tub with an additional 1500L of filtered fresh water from our van to speed up the filling process.

Do you delivery outside of UK?

Yes we do and we have many customers around Europe. Note that the hot tub will be sold with parts only warranty and delivery cost will be subject to full quotation.

5 year on the shell structure

The shell will maintain is structural integrity and configuration and be free of any water loss due to defect in the spa shell.

1 year warranty on the shell surface
I-Sense Spas provides the user of the spa a 1 years warranty against blistering, cracking and delamination.

2 year warranty on electrical equipment and control display
I-Sense Spas warrant all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, the control system and the ozonator – against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 2 years to the customer.Includes parts and onsite labour necessary for repair. Leaks from pump unions are expressly excluded from the warranty. There is no call out charge during warranty period.

1 year warranty on the Cabinet of the spa
I-Sense Spas warrant the factory installed side panels for 1 year. This specifically covers cracking or peeling of the cabinet. Fading and weathering of the cabinet surface will naturally occur over time and is not considered a warrantable defect.

1 year warranty on LED lights and other components
I-Sense Spas warrant all other spa components, including but not limited to LED lights, fuses, topside control unit, diverter caps, cover clips, and jet inserts against malfunction arising from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year to the customer.

Labour is included in the event of a warrantable defect requiring an engineer to replace the neccessary component. Labour for replacement of small components considered replacable by the customer is not included. In the event of a warranty claim, an initial call-out charge will be taken before visit. If the fault is determined to be a manufacture defect, the call-out charge will be refunded. Travel cost is free of charge within 100 miles of LU1 postcode.

How do I get spare parts?

Almost all spare parts are kept in stock in our UK warehouse and can be usually dispatched within 24 hours.
